How am I charged for day to day expenses?

Each month, we charge a fixed fee (depending on the size of the property), which covers a broad range of goods and services including: tea, coffee, olive oil, toilet paper, cleaning products, shampoo, body wash, tea towels etc

Once your property is live, you will receive login details to our owners’ portal where you’re able to view the live calendar, past and future reservations, owner statements, financial data and even book your own nights in real time 24/7.

We use data-driven insights to determine pricing, considering factors like your property’s location, size, amenities, seasonality, and local events. This strategy allows us to optimise occupancy and revenue, ensuring returns that outperform the market by up to 30%.

We use a rigorous guest screening process that includes advanced tools to verify identities, review guest ratings, and understand the purpose of their stay. All guests must provide a verified profile and a copy of their ID or passport before arrival.

While it’s not an exact science due to limited data points, we prioritise safety and security over occupancy to ensure peace of mind for homeowners. Our focus on guest safety has resulted in an incredible track record of incident-free bookings.

We pay you on or before the 5th of each month for revenue earned in the preceding month, less any expenses. This streamlined approach makes submitting your SARS tax return simple and stress-free, with a single source of income.

We utilise a dynamic pricing strategy powered by data analytics. This ensures your Airbnb remains competitive while factoring in market demand, seasonality, and local events. The result is maximised revenue and consistent bookings.

We have an in-house maintenance team who are available for any planned or unplanned maintenance work. Small jobs (less than 15 min) are free of charge whilst larger jobs are charged for. We will always reach out to discuss any work that needs to be carried out.
